Ingredients

  • 180 g neutral oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Apple vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a tall jar, add the oil, egg and mustard.
  2. Fully insert a hand blender and start blending (without moving).
  3. Once the emulsion is stable, add the rest of the ingredients to taste and mix some more.
