Ingredients
- 180 g neutral oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Apple vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a tall jar, add the oil, egg and mustard.
- Fully insert a hand blender and start blending (without moving).
- Once the emulsion is stable, add the rest of the ingredients to taste and mix some more.
