Back in our countryside corner of France. A few seasons went by since the last now update, and spring is suddenly here again — alongside my allergies.

I've been experimenting with many new recipes, fermenting more than I ever have. (The last experiment: lacto fermenting vine leaves for future dolmas). I am also trying to work on my willpower and cook/bake fewer desserts for a (slightly) healthier lifestyle. It's hard.
