Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter, cut into pieces and at room temperature
  • 3 tbsp mise
  • 1.5 tbsp heavy cream (or milk) optional

Instructions

  1. Homogeneously mix the butter and miso.
  2. Optionally whip in cream or milk. You can add a teaspoon at a time until the desired texture is achieved.
