Ingredients

For 2 baking trays

  • 400 g oat flakes
  • 170 g nuts and seeds mix
  • 110 g honey
  • 70 g neutral oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix the oat flakes, nuts, seeds, and salt.
  2. Add the honey, oil, and mix well.
  3. Place half of the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 150 °C. Halfway through, mix the granola on the tray and put it back in the oven. Keep a close eye on it to avoid burning the granola.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely to room temperature before transferring to a jar.
  6. Repeat with the other half of the granola.
