Ingredients
For 2 baking trays
- 400 g oat flakes
- 170 g nuts and seeds mix
- 110 g honey
- 70 g neutral oil
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a big bowl, mix the oat flakes, nuts, seeds, and salt.
- Add the honey, oil, and mix well.
- Place half of the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes at 150 °C. Halfway through, mix the granola on the tray and put it back in the oven. Keep a close eye on it to avoid burning the granola.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely to room temperature before transferring to a jar.
- Repeat with the other half of the granola.
