Ingredients

  • 1 pie dough
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g cream (or yoghurt)
  • 24 eggs
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds optional

Instructions

  1. Steam the diced leeks.
  2. Mix the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg. Roll out the pastry. Place the leeks on the pastry, then pour the egg mixture over them. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 °C.
